Getting started
How do I join my child’s school?
Your school gives you a six-character invite code. Install NAPA, enter your phone number, verify the OTP, then enter the code to link to your school and add your child.
I have more than one child
Add each child from your profile. You can switch between them from the home screen.
Account
I am not receiving the OTP
Check the number you entered, and that you have signal. OTPs expire after five minutes — request a new one if it has been longer. If it still does not arrive, contact us.
How do I delete my account?
From the app: Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete account. This removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can also email us and we will action it within 30 days.
Payments
I paid but the app still shows the fee as unpaid
Confirmation can take a few minutes. Do not pay again. If it has not updated within an hour, email us with the payment reference — see our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
