What NAPA costs, and exactly what you are charged when you pay through the app.
For parents
Free. Parents are never charged to download or use NAPA. There is no subscription and no fee to view announcements, homework, attendance or report cards, to message your child’s teacher, or to take part in your class community.
What you pay when you pay school fees
School fees paid through NAPA are collected on behalf of your school. NAPA adds no convenience fee, service charge or markup — you pay exactly the amount your school has invoiced.
The amount shown on the fee screen before you confirm is the full amount that will be debited. There are no charges added at the payment step, and no charge is ever taken without you confirming it. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Where taxes apply, they are included in the amount your school shows.
Your school sets the fee, decides what it covers, and issues the receipt. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay — your card, UPI or bank details are handled by the gateway and are never stored on NAPA’s servers.
Refunds for a school fee are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy and by your school’s decision.
For schools
Schools pay a licence fee, invoiced directly and priced on the number of students and the modules enabled. We quote each school individually — write to info@napaedu.com and we will send pricing for your school. This is a business-to-business arrangement between Alabaster Edutech LLP and the school, and never affects the fee amount a parent is charged.
